Hello and welcome to my blog of all things Manchester United my name is Ruaidhri McMahon and I am currently studying Business Studies at Ulster University.
Manchester United was founded in 1878 as Newton Heath L&YR Football, operating for over 140 years Manchester United remains one of the oldest and the most successful in the topflight of English Football. It is estimated the Man Utd have around 165.8 million fans worldwide after Spanish Super Clubs Real Madrid and Barcelona. Over the years the club has seen some incredible figures enter the prolific Theatre of Dreams from players like Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Paul Scholes and George Best just to name a few. Manchester United is an extremely successful club with over 20 topflight league titles, 12 FA cups and three Champions leagues.
